Early June Trip... struggling to plan

We are thinking about planning a trip for June 1-8 (5 days at WDW and 3 days at USO) and I am an uber-planner. I'm having a hard time planning because the park hours aren't posted yet and I am hesitant to use the week or two before because it involves the holiday. We are creeping in on the time that I will be making dining reservations so I'm feeling stressed. We tend to try and get an early entrance reservation, but I'm concerned that the EMH days may switch up or opening times might shift. I know this happens all the time. (wah wah wah... poor me.) Maybe I just need to go with whatever is available on the day I make reservations and deal with whatever changes that might come. Please share your thoughts.

OP I'm in the same boat. I can start booking on 11/29 but I need to know what June EMH looks like as that usually drives what park we will be at. I never really rely on the initial TA calendar for park hours as they usually get extended. But the EMH park listed is usually reliable. I gotta believe it will be in the next couple days.

We use the EMH to plan as well and they change so much that I hesitate in using the previous month or year. I agree, they should be coming soon. I'm simply impatient.

I'm in a similar boat, with a little extra wiggle room as we check in on 6/6. Waiting to set my park days in stone based on the calendar so I can make dining reservations accordingly. They are a bit late in releasing it, it seems.

Same here. We are going to be in the parks June 1-7 and I am (im)patiently waiting for EMH to plan my ADRs.

Pure speculation, but maybe this is the month that we see expanded hours for AKL because of Night time Safaris and Rivers of Light. I wouldn't be surprised if we don't see hours until late this week or right on December 1st.

Same boat...waiting on hours to see EMH schedule since the schedule for May is different from last year's June EMH schedule. We check in on 5/28, so my ADR day is Monday. Really hoping I have before that time.

We were there this past May 30-June 6th and I don't think EMH changed much but I may be wrong since I typically only do evening EMH. All of our ADRs worked out perfectly, even our pre-opening Akershus breakfast. I used the calendars from Josh's Easy WDW to guesstimate and it worked out great for us! I would recommend looking at his past ones until the new are released.

just get your general schedule built. At this point, it is just more important get a rough idea of what days you will spend where. That way you can decide where breakfast , lunch, and dinner will be spent.
