Early June, 2007?

Sorry if this was asked on another thread, but the search function is not working.

I was thinking of going to WDW the week of June 2-9. I would go the week earlier, but It is Gay days (no, I am not homophobic, just crowdophobic). I do know that Gay day at MK is 6/2, but we were going to avoid that park and Epcot on 6/3. Will the crowds be manageable? I haven't been in early June in years. The last time I went was late June two years ago, and the crowds seemed managable to me due to proper planning. EMH was a crowded, but due to proper planning, I did not feel rushed. Thanks in advance!

Last year we went Early June & it was manageable & we normally go off season. And that is when are planning for next June also. We did have the daily quick showers. Cool the more Hoosiers the Better

When go next year we plan on Early mornings & afternoons at the Hotel, then back to the parks at nite.

We went during that time in 05 and the crowds were fine, we are also going back at the same time in 07, just have a good touring plan and try and stay away from EMH and you will be fine.

I'm booked right now for that same week.

Don't worry to much about GD weeks we find yes more of them but even more trying to avoid them . So thats fine with us as we hit it a few years ago and the crowds were no worse then any other time but MK on the 2nd maybe a no go for us as well.

We did PAP's this year and the last week of June so this will finish off our AP's by going earlier in the month plus it's less points for us.

We went in early June this year(June 9-15th). The crowds were not too bad the first few days we were there, but by the 12th or 13th, it was very crowded! We had to use fastpasses quite a bit since the waits for the rides were like 60-80 minutes. Since you are planning for about a week earlier than we went, you probably will be fine with crowds.
