I have a question about early entry...

Is it only available to DLR guests or does everyone get an early entry day? I have 4 day park hoppers from Getaway today, we just went last October, but stayed at DLR - but we are going again and staying offsite & I don't know if we qualify for an ee day??

Anyone know? And if so, what days are they??

TIA!!! :)

Most 3 day or more park hoppers have one EE day. Sometimes if you buy them at a discount, like a military base, they dont include it, but its rare. From Getawaytoday, no question, they wil have EE. It is offered on Monday, Tues, Thur and Saturday. You may use it once, on the day that suites you best.

How do we know whether we qualify for an ee? We're staying at the HoJo and I have the tix from getawaytoday too. I would LOVE to have the ee for our family.

I am glad that you answered that for me. We will be there from Mar 1st - 5th. DL doesn't open until 10 am on Thursday - so would the ee time be 9 am? I know that when we stayed at DLH, we just entered the park through the monorail station at the entrance of Downtown Disney. Where do I go in when staying offsite, the maingate??

I know my questions might seem tedious, but I am just trying to plan everything as best as I can, so that I am well prepared..... for the simple fact that my mother in law is coming with us on this trip for the first time!!!! :sad2:

If you have a 3 day or more hopper, bought from Getawaytoday, you have EE. It will be on the fine print on your ticket. I believe you will get a voucher from Getaway that you will exchange at the ticket booth when you get to the park.

Yes, if the park opens at 10, EE will be at 9. Lines start to form about 45 min or so before that. We dont usually get there that early (seems like we always end up with EE on Saturday which is at 7 and WAY to early for us). We've never had a problem getting there a few minutes in to early entry and getting to do everything we want to. There will be entry lines marked for EE. When you get in the park Fantasyland will be open, as well as a couple rides in Tomorrowland. Go for Peter Pan and Dumbo first. As you probably know, the lines for those 2 get long early, and never really get better all day. Get them out of the way. A lot of people will go to Space mountain first. We just do FL, then get an early FP for Space at park opening time- (they FP machines are not turned on until the park opens). Check the stand by line, as it might still be pretty quick at that time.

If you stay at one of the Disney properties, do you also get Early Entry? We are deciding if it is worth it to get an annual pass...we only go 2-3 times a year, but by far the most "bang for the buck" is during that first hour and a half on EE days. (Usually takes the regular entry crowd about 1/2 hour to really fill up the back of the park.)

So, if we stay at the DLH, do we get to take advantage of all the early entry days, even if we don't buy tickets through a package?

They are currently offering that, and have been for at least 6 months. However it is a trial program, and no one knows when it will end.
