Early Entry with Ticket with Transfer deal?

When we last went to UA/IOA in 2011, we used the Ticket with Transfer deal from Dreams Unlimited Travel. We are able to do early entry to IOA for Harry Potter. Does anyone know if this is still the case?

You can still purchase the transfers with the tickets but I don't think you get early admission now. At least I don't see it on the website.
