Early entry wit h PS at Crystal Palace???

They mentioned this in the travel channel special last night. Can you get early entry with an early PS at Crystal Palace??? If so, how early in the day can you get reservations for breakfast???

Last year we had an early Crystal Palace PS and they had a turnstyle line all the way over to the left for those holding PS's. We got to walk up a basically empty Main St. But we just went straight to the Crystal Palace and checked in. Can't remember the time off-hand though, I'll have to look it up in my travel diary.

The first breakfast seating is 8:05am at Crystal Palace and Cinderella's. They will open the gates at 8am for those guests that have a PS only. Nothing will be open except the 2 resturants (unless it is Sunday or Thursday... Resort early morning). The park itself will open at 9am.

It is a way to get some great pictures without a lot of others in the background. This is also when we have a photographer take our family picture in front of the castle. Then we go to breakfast and are out just before the park opens.

It's definitely the best way to get into the park! We will be doing our 4th pre-opening breakfast at the MK on 9/10. As others have said, you get to walk up an almost empty Main Street and you're ahead of the crowds at the rope drop. It's wonderful!!!

Yes the street photographers are usually out so you can get a picture standing on Main Street with virtually no one between you and the castle... It is a great time of morning for those castle shoots

Are ressies for CP during the 8-9 hour hard to get? I'm planning on calling on Thursday for the PS I want 90 days out, but I was wondering if I need to start calling at 7:00 like you do for CRT or if I call later on in the day will I still probably be able to get what I want.

I have a ? along the same lines. We have a ps at CP at 9:05, how early can we get in and are we going to have to push though the huge crowd to get in? Its on a monday.

i phoned at 74 days for my ps at the crystal palace and got a 8.10 seating
as for the time i phoned at 4pm(british time)which would be about 4 hours after the phone lines opens(your time)i hope i am right with the timings

Get there about 8:30 or so and let them know you have a PS at the resturant. The crowds will be there waiting to get in but will be held at the front entrance until the morning show is complete (about 8:55). There is a seperate entrance for guests with breakfast reservations (it used to be on the far left by the monorail, but they have recently moved it to the far right turnstiles by guest relations... regardless there should be a sign). Get there early and you should have no probelm... they should let you right in.

Are the buses for the character breakfast separate from the early entry buses? Or is it just easier and quicker to drive?

I too would like to know how is the best way to get there when you are going early, driving or is there a bus that goes early?

I just made a PS for Friday September 3rd at 8:15 a.m. We did this for the first time in February and it was great. We parked in the first row in the parking lot, got on the monorail and in a short line at the gate. They let us in at 8:00 and we walked down Main Street with just the other folks who were having breakfast at the Crystal Palace. We had a great breakfast, took some pictures with Pooh, etc. and were in the park by 9:05 a.m. It was fabulous and I look forward to it one month from today!!!!
