We will be staying at the Hilton Lake Buena Vista between Christmas and New Years and trying to figure out best strategy for rope dropping early entry for Magic Kingdom and Epcot. For Magic Kingdom I am trying to figure out if we can do Minnie Van to get dropped off at MK instead of the transportation center, doesn't look like they will go to the Hilton so I am thinking of walking to Disney Springs, do they only pick up at the bus area between orange and lime or will they go to the drop off area behind Days of Christmas?

My strategy for Epcot early entry to get to Ratatouille is again to walk to Disney Springs and get Disney bus to Boardwalk or Beach club to enter at International Gateway. Will the busses be running that early from Disney Springs?

Pretty sure Disney Springs doesn't open until 10AM so don't think MVs will pick up there and buses won't as early as you want. This is on purpose as Disney has tried to discourage people from doing exactly what you are trying to do. For early entry DS isn't a good option.

For getting to IG for Epcot early entry I’ve heard of people taking rideshare to Swan&Dolphin and walking or boating from there. Getting to Hollywood Studios also works if your hotel has transportation there, because you can walk through Boardwalk to get to IG in about 20mins (or take Skyliner).

To be allowed in for rideshare drop off at YC/BC you could always book a 7:35am breakfast slot at Ale & Compass and share a quick continental breakfast platter en route to IG, but that wouldn’t get you there quite as early as you’d want (IG is close to a 10 minute walk from Yacht Club).

What's their shuttle system setup? Will that be running early enough to get to EE?

Do you have a vehicle? If not, and the shuttle won't work, I'd say Ride Share to TTC, the monorail to the park.

If you didn't want to pay for Rideshare, you could walk over to Saratoga Springs and take their bus from the Congress Park stop. The DS busses or boats don't run to the resorts that early.

I don't think Minivans or busses will be running early enough for either plan.

The best free option would be walking over to Saratoga and getting on the first park busses. The first Hilton busses also leave around the same time as the first Disney busses, so you'd be there in time for early entry rope drop.

For getting to Remi, my advice is that it's not worth it if you aren't staying at a Skyliner/Crescent Lake resort. Rope drop Guardians, Frozen, or Test Track, and either use your first LL or standby for Remi. The line fills up quickly at rope drop due to everyone from IG going there, and the line will usually mellow out around 10-11 am. If you don't care about any of the other rides and have to rope drop Remi, then take an Uber to the Swan and walk over.
