Hi All,

I have 2 full days (a Sat and Sun) and part of Friday and almost all of Monday in the parks. I really want to take advantage of early entry on the Sat and Sunday, and I'm sure I'll want to spend the last morning at DL.

If I were to go for early entry, and then head to the other park around a quarter to 10, will I be stuck in a long line to get in?

thx

They start letting people in to DCA earlier, around 9:30 (just like how DL lets people in earlier), so I don't imagine the line would be obscene at 10. Are you staying on-site? If not, then you will only have one magic morning/early entry to use on Saturday OR Sunday. If you ARE staying on-site, you will be able to use it both Saturday and Sunday, and you'd also be able to use the special park entrance at GCH.

You probably won't encounter anything longer than any other busy point in the day. They usually have a fair amount of turnstiles open in the morning. You should be fine.

DCA does not get a big line up like DL does. If you show up at 9:45 you will be able to get in a line with only 1 or 2 groups in front of you. With luck they will go throught the turnstyes smoothly and you will also be inside the gates a minute later.

And you do know you can do one Magic Morning with a 3-day hopper but cannot do both Sat and Sun unless you stay at a DLR hotel?

Hi Guys,

I'm staying at Paradise Pier, so no worries about not getting in early both mornings. That's actually the main reason I decided to stay at a Disney hotel - I have a pretty short trip and want the extra time.

How does the special entrance to DCA work? Is it open just in the morning or all day?

The entrance from the GCH is open all day. You just need to show your hotel key, so they know you're staying @ 1 of the hotels.

It is in the GCH, go west at the north end of the lobby. you go outside and kind of skirt the pool area. You will see signs to the DCA entrance.

It opens 30 minutes early so DLR guests can get a WoC pass before general guests are let in. Also at 9:30 if there is a 10 opening. Soarin and GRR will be open, the rest of the park is roped off until 10.
