I've read that in September they changed EE to just Universal Studios not IOA. Has anyone been there recently? I can't find any official news on this. What time will the train leave to take you over to IOA?

And just FYI, a line will form before it opens. We didn't really think about that, and it threw a small kink into our last (half-day of touring. Of course, we didn't want to leave, either.....DA is just amazing.
Sorry to thread jack but I have a somewhat related question.
We are onsite with 5 in the room. My MIL is meeting us down there but not one of the five. Can she come in with us for EE or does everyone need to have a key?

Everyone needs to show their room key when entering the park for EE. We just came back from vacation, so I can tell you the rule is enforced. They didn't check when we passed the turnstiles, but there was a 'road block' a few steps up the main street, and we all had to show our valid keys there before we could continue further into the park.

Okay, so Early Entry is only good for Universal Studios Wizarding World of Harry Potter?
We'll be there this weekend. Good to know where and when. I would assume a line will form at the entrance to Universal Studios and we just line up early before the posted opening time that day at least 90 minutes earlier to the park opening?
