HKDL Package Question Re: Tickets

I purchased a 1 night 2 park day package for HKDL at Explorer’s Lodge but don’t see my tickets anywhere in the app— is that a problem? They are popular dates so I am worried that (a) tickets will sell out and (b) I won’t be able to buy premier access packages or early entry in advance without having ticket numbers. Do any HKDL experts or recent visitors know the answer to this?

Can’t answer your questions with authority, but we were there this summer with the same 1night 2d tix package.

I recall the tickets were issued at the front desk. You must have physical copies to enter on the first day.

I left ours in the room and had to dig up an old email with confirmation number, get out of line, goto the ticket booth, and have them print a copy out for me.

The ticket system was crazy to me, but it all worked out in the end. We were able to rope drop.
