Early early opening and need breakfast park ideas

Going during Thanksgiving week, and early opening for MK and AK are at 7. Need some suggestions to use QS meal credit or snack credits for breakfast in those parks.

I have breakfast at early entrance at Animal kingdom once at Pizzafari it was fine the best part was that the restaurant was almost empty. Both parks have Starbucks wich is always good use for snack credits

Are there any breakfast that make sense to use a quick service credit on? I know most of them don't have enough value.

That is why I asked. I may just use snack credits at the Starbucks
