Early check-in at HOJO?

Just wondering what's the earliest you've checked-in at HOJO? We'll be arriving around 1PM, and I'm hoping our room will be ready. Anyone have any experience with this?

If your room is ready, they will most likely let you check in. We have been allowed to check in as early as 10:45am, and have also once had to wait until right at check-in time when they were busy. The HoJo will always help you out when they can, in my experience.

Last year when we went to DL and stayed and HOJO's, we ended up arriving at around 1pm. The check in time is 3pm and was advised that our room would not be ready till then. So they let us park the van in their parking lot, and we walked across to MIMI's, and had a long lunch there, and when we went back to try to check in around 2:40pm the room was ready at that time. If you are flying, I think that they will hold your luggage so that you can walk down to Downtown Disney and check it out for a couple of hours before you check in. I would check with them regarding this but I can't see it being a problem. Call their number and ask for inhouse reservations and ask for Lorealle for any further questions. It's a great hotel and can't speak highly enough of it.

As the PP already said, if the room is ready they will let you check in. We have arrived early for several of our trips and have had success about 50% of the time with the room being ready.

I am pretty sure their check in is at 4 pm. Out of 8 times staying there over the last 12 months we have only got to check in early twice. we always arrive around 1-2 pm and have checked in earliest at 1pm.
Otherwise they tell us to come back at 4. They will hold your bags. We just leave them in the car, park in their lot get a pool key if weather is nice, use the restroom to change into swimsuits or go to the park.

Our check-in time is 4p, and our check-out time is 12p. If the previous occupants checked out earlier than noon, and our Housekeeping Staff is able to get in there earlier so that it's ready before 4p- we are happy to check you in early! :]

If your room is not going to be ready until 4p, we are happy to hold your bags for you in our secure Luggage Room and get you a Parking Permit for your car [if you have one with you], and of course you are welcome to hang out at Castaway Cove or our Garden Pool!

This is great because we will be (hopefully) getting into Anaheim around 1pm and need to empty some of the stuff out of our car before we fill it back up with food and drinks from Walgreens

We've been able to check in early, we just weren't able to get our room keys until after 4. We checked in, went to the parks and came back later for the keys and to take our gear to the room. No worries.....a couple times we were able to get in early because the room was ready, that was good too.
