early bus from WL to AK for tour

I have the backstage tour at AK booked for Sept. the cast member told us to be outside the AK gate by 8:15am. He also said we would have to take a taxi (no car for us) since buses would not run that early. It seems to me that they would need an early bus for Donald's Breakfastasaurus buffet at AK. Can anyone confirm that the buses do indeed start early enough for us to get to AK by 8:00AM? Like Tyler always says.... only trust the folks in the purple pants to answer your transportation questions!!!

Yes, there will be a bus from WL to AK early in the AM. The first bus starts about 7AM and they run every 15-20 minutes.

If your plans change and you have a car, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT take it to AK.

Also, DO NOT take a taxi. They stop all vehicles at the toll booth until about 30 minutes before park opening.

Thanks for the info, Ed. I was pretty sure there had to be a bus. Glad you mentioned about holding the cars/taxis at the toll. THAT could have been quite the last minute snafu!! Definitely would have taken the steam out of my pixie dust!!!
