Early Booking Savings - how early?

How early do I need to book to get the Early Booking savings. We are looking to cruise in October or early December.

I booked in Oct 2002 for Oct 2003 and the same category has gone up $1,200 since my booking. And, I missed another $200 during the time we were deciding (when we finally booked, it was $200 more than on the monday of that same week). You should book AS SOON as the dates open up.

The two cruises I have booked I booked over 14 months in advance and this past one I rechecked the price 2 weeks after I booked and it had already gone up 250.00 in just 2 weeks!

I'm already booked for November 2004 since the end of January! It's gone up $150 so far...
