I wouldn't worry about this at all.

Definitely line up in your boarding positions. Have the 3 boarding at B38, 39, and 40 save 2 rows between the 3 of them for the others that will board at 51, 52 and 59.

Ah, saving seats. SW has no policy. That means you can save them, and it means B 41 can sit in the empty seats you've saved. They almost certainly won't, but they CAN. Because there is NO policy. No policy pro or con saved seats on the part of SW.

You will be fine. I wouldn't spend another brain cell worrying about it.

I would get onboard that plan assuming there might be 90 people onboard before us. I'm cool with that. Even with some more than that.
