Early 2012 Planners - anyone else?!

I am a really early planner. We are going in November of 2012 and I am already in the early stages of my planning. We are taking DS for the first time and we will be celibrating his 3rd Birthday so I am a little OVER excited!!!

Since we're planning to purchase APs for our Christmas break 2011 trip and we'll have banked DVC points that need to be used before Jan. 31, 2013, I'm planning to fit in a trip during Easter week 2012 for F&GF and another trip in Oct. 2012 for F&WF. We did Easter week 2010 and survived, so I know we can handle the crowds, especially since it won't be nearly as hot as our June/July trips have been in the past. (We've discussed this a lot and decided that we still prefer crowds to heat.)

I have a secret plan to make my family miss WDW so much after our February 2012 trip that we go back in December 2012, like we did in 2010. Shhh, my family doesn't know yet.

We're going in November 2012 to celebrate one of my DS's bday as well. My DS will be turning 15 the day we arrive.

Joining in! Our last trip was April of 2010. We had a trip planned for July 2010 but had to cancel it, because my older daughter was diagnosed with ALL (leukemia) on July 14, 2010. She has had numerous complications and her doctors have told us no travel until she reaches LTM treatment, which will begin in December. We are planning for March 31- April 7 2012, staying at the Boardwalk Villas.

Joining in! July 31st for 3weeks! I cant wait. At least I'll have a new little one to keep me busy and pass the time away and hoping to stay at the new Arts of Animation Resort. Right next to my 1st love POP Century!

We are aiming for June 23-30, 2012 staying at CBR. Hopefully it all works out, because I have already started my planning, lol!

Can't wait until the booking opens up!

We have our room only AAA rate already booked!
We will be in POFQ June 23 to July 3rd - just after High School finals are done for our DD. DS will be done with college in May

I want to do the same time frame so badly, but Jake starts Kindergarten in the Fall of 2012, so I think we're doing early December instead.

(Jake's birthday is Sept 23 and mine is Sept 29... when is yours?)

Waiting for Nov-Dec discounts to come out but have pretty much nailed down the plans for a stay Sept. 10-15th, hopefully catching the Tuesday MNSSHP solo and then Friday with DW.

It seems like forever away doesn't it? I'm 99% sure we're doing the first week in December, so I can't book that quite yet... but I'm excited to do so!! I just have NO idea where I want us to stay. I think it'd be awesome to stay at Wilderness Lodge during the Christmas season

Yes, it seems SO far away!! I know it will be here before we know it though. I love Wilderness Lodge. That's my favorite resort (so far) I'm sure my dates will change depending on the promotions that are offered (free dining!) but this gives me a time frame to work with!

How was your trip by the way?? Didn't you guys just get back?

I love Wilderness Lodge, too! We ate at Whispering Canyon and I love just walking around the resort... the whole atmosphere is just awesome and I can only imagine how cozy it would be at Christmas!

We had a great time! I really like OKW... the rooms were so spacious & the resort is beautiful!

We will be going July 29th- August 5th with the entire family! We are hoping in say in the new Art of Animation resort, anyone else? If not ASMo is okay with us. Hopefully I can get the $ to book soon!
For those of you who have gone before (I am a first timer) If I book August 1st, will I still be able to get a room for my dates? I will need two rooms
DD first birthday is taking up all of my $ right now and I won't be able to book Disney until August 1st, maybe sooner but not planning on it. Hoping to hear everyone's plans soon. We are almost there! okay.. not quite but we are still allowed to be excited.
