Earliest time to book

I am staying at AKL and will be depending on the bus system to get around Disney. What is the earliest time the buses begin running in the morning? I would like to book an early breakfast at one of the parks, but I am not sure how early we can get there without possibly missing our reservation. I do not want to get a cab as we are already spending enough money. Thanks for any help as I book my ADRs tomorrow!

Busses run about an hour before the parks open so I think if I were making early breakfast reservations, I would book it for just after the opening time for the park to get enough time to get there and get into the park. You can get the morning extra magic hours and get in that much earlier.

Buses start running at 6:30. So you book whatever the earliest breakfast ADR you want is (8:05 for in-park restaurants).

Disney's official info says one hour before park opening, but that makes no sense - how would people with an 8:05 ADR get to the park if the buses didn't start running til then?
