We arrive on a Sunday night at DLP Santa Fe around 10.00pm and have rooms booked for 1 night only via Expedia,
then I have 4 night/5 day package booked via Disneyland Paris from the Monday.

I'm guessing I won't be able to check in to both rooms on Sunday evening, but if I left it until after midnight would reception have the following days arrival list then ?

Or is there any chance they would let us keep the same rooms ?

If anyone does have the email addy for Santa Fe I'd be very grateful, they're questions I would ask myself, I know they're not generally available but in the past I have been given the email addresses for NPB and SL from Guest relations to contact the hotels direct.

as far as I understand (having asked DLP Guest services in France this on the phone before) the hotels get their guest lists 2 or 3 days in advance of check-in, so I don't see any reason why you wouldn't be able to ask about having the same room from your very first night, when you arrive.

If you want it's the phone of France :)

Thanks both :thumbsup2

I think probably best option then would be for me to ring 2 days before and explain the situation and see if they let us keep the same rooms, it would be easier for us not to have move the luggage to luggage store and back out and  more environmentally friendly for them (ie they won't have to change the bed sheets and all the towels after just one night's use). :)

I was on the phone to Disney last week, as we have booked Santa Fe through expedia but are moving to DIsneyland Hotel the next day. I was told that the lists come 4 days before the check-in day, and also that rooms are allocated then for guests booking through Disney, so I would ring 4 days in advance to make sure

Thankyou:flower3:

Rang SF this morning, CM found both bookings although initially could only find 1 room for my Disney package :scared1: and has made a note for her colleagues for us to stay in the same rooms, so fingers crossed.

Thanks for the advice :goodvibes
