earliest arrival time?

What's the earliest you think you can arrive at your hotel - I know you can't check in till 3pm, but we're staying off site for a week and really want to make the most of our passes once we arrive at AKL? Has anyone ever got there at 9.30am, picked up passes then come back for their room much later?

You can certainly check in, and they will even store your luggage for you. The rooms just aren't usually ready in the morning. You can head to the parks and come back later. They will give you a number to call to check on your room's availability. The latest we had to wait for our room was 5 pm at ASMu in March of 99.

You can check into the room as early as you want and pick up your passes. If you choose, you can unload and store your luggage until your room is available. Check in will give you a number to call to see if your room is ready. But go ahead, pick up your passes and make the most of your day! Afterall you're paying for the whole day!

The last two Christmas' my family and I have checked in around 9:30. We were excited that they had our requested room ready both times. Contemporary Tower Castle view on Dec. 27th in 2001.
Y. Club CLV on December 23rd 2002 ready early morning too. Sometimes the magic happens with early arrival times, I wasn't expecting it. I hope it happens to you!

Unless it has changed, the day begins at the Front Desk at 7am so you will be fine arriving at your time.

We arrived at OKW at 8:30 AM and we were in our room by 9:00!! Have a wonderful trip.

a couple of years ago we got to the DXL at 9 am and were taken to our room as soon as we checked in .
Last year we got to the Coronado Springs and were given a room at 10 am
This year we got to the Wl at 1 pm and they took us right up to the 7th floor , They came down and met us and took us to the conceirge lounge area .

Never been turned away in 16 stays

My guess is that it depends on the day you check in and how busy they are at that time of the year. We tend to check in on Sundays and our room has never been ready. They tend to even know which room that you have been assigned to. Last year, while the CM could not tell us our room number she told us that she thought we would like our room assignment at the BWV. And she was right. We had a huge balcony looking out on the Boardwalk Boat Dock area.
