Even more exciting news – fan favorite Earl of Sandwich will also pop into the district in a special sandwich walk-up location, offering guests the classics they know and love for a limited time beginning later this year.

I wonder if this is what is under construction in the M&F parking lot area. Looks like a building that can be moved.

Earl is so great so I am glad they are finding a way. I swear, Disney needs to get them a permanent spot somewhere, even if it's after the west end construction is all done.

I feel like they should take over the La Brea spot. That place is never busy.

I suspect it be part of the new west end area under construction, since the pop up will only be for a limited time. Earl wouldn't stick around JUST to operate a temporary pop up.

I was SO heartbroken when I learned that Earl was closing in Disneyland. I'm glad it's coming back in some form. I agree with Brian, I hope it gets a new permanent spot once the construction is done. I loved that it was a reasonably priced place to grab a good sandwich in DTD.

That place is already reasonably priced, though. And Napolini is as well, and it is super close. I can get a full pizza there for $12. I can't even get 2 slices inside the parks for that little.

All Disney cares about in DtD is the rent paid by the tenants.

I'm really excited for this. I've been wanting to try it for so long because everyone raves about it and then was bummed when it closed! Hoping the pop up is still open when we go in October!
