Earl of Sandwich NYC!!

its going to be in times square, but i dont know the exact block its going to be on. I wonder if they are going to be able to keep the same low prices tho as the other locations? I'm sure the rent is going to be upwards of 75 grand a month, so im quite curious to see the price points!

That's a really good point. It would be a shame if their prices did go up. Their affordable yet high quality foods are one of the reasons why I love them

I sent an email back in February through the EOS site asking about it. Here's the reply I got about 2 minutes after I sent it! I can't wait! There's one in the Philly airport, but not the terminal I go in. I may have to travel over there one day during a long wait!

Ms. Z,
We will be opening late spring in Midtown at 6th and 52nd.
Stay posted on our website as we will have more info posted as we progress on this and other new EoS restaurants in NYC.

just walked through Times Square this afternoon (after a harrowing visit to Toys R Us for a Nephew giftie) and saw.....THIS! :cool1:

I can relate to the excitement you feel. I recently found an Earl of Sandwich while out doing errands in San Antonio. :yay:
The taste most certainly took me back to WDW, however the lack of people was a bit surreal to me.
DH and I were the ONLY people in there.

We're vacationing in San Antonio next month and I was SO excited when I was researching restaurants and found out there was an EOS

I would go to Earl's Court. It's down in the Financial District, but it has plenty of seating. The midtown Earl of Sandwich has just one counter against the window. Also, Earl's Court has a variety of other restaurants in the space (it's a food court), so you can add sushi, soup, cupcakes, etc., to your meal. Then, when you've finished eating, you can go to FIKA for some of the best bonbons in the City!

Just went to the NYC location over the weekend and while the food was great, the restaurant was teeny tiny and nothing at all like Downtown Disney ;) I think my dining room had more seating. I know NYC has small places but they could be making a fortune if they had a better location. They are basically down a side street on 52nd Street b/w 5th & 6th Ave (NOT on 6th as their mailing address would indicate). Food selection was minimal compared to DTD although if you work in the area, they deliver :)

They just opened an Earl of Sandwich in Atlantic City, NJ. It is at the Showboat Casino. I have to get there to get my fix!!! It would be the closest to me...:(

You should go to the Earl of Sandwich in Earl's Court down in the Financial District. It's much better and there are other food options there, as well, such as cupcakes.

We have one in Tampa. I actually like it better (the horror! How dare I??) than the DtD location because they offer frequent buyer cards, and, you can get a combo there (add a drink & a side for like $2 or something). The best part is that they do a deal similar to Panera's You Pick Two - I can get soup & half the sandwich instead, which is a lot less food (& even cheaper)!

It at our mall downtown (International Plaza) near the airport. That mall is similar to Orlando's Mall at Millenia; very nice indeed!
