Earl of Sandwich Holiday Turkey Sandwich- 2011 Thread

I like the idea of the sandwich, but don't think I'd be happy with it based on the pictures. I was hoping for thicker, real carved turkey, not thin pressed lunchmeat. The official EoS picture looks like a lot of bun with a little of sandwich. Then, in the other photo, the stuffing seems to be missing.

Not wishing to insult the second photo, but it seems that some sandwiches are not meant to be opened and photographed. Based on the taste, and being a Thanksgiving "fan," I can tell you that the turkey is just fine, and although it's not hand carved, it is a tasty sandwich for an affordable price. There seemed to be a perfect amount of stuffing.

We had one last December, unfortunately not going this year too. It was good, but found it to be a bit salty. I would get it again though!!

DH and I had the Thanksgiving sandwich a couple of weeks ago and we both agree:

Had one for the first time ok Sunday. It was amazing!!! It was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. DH had the original which was equally as good.

I know it's now 2013 but I have to *BUMP* this thread up and say...I just tried the Holiday Turkey sandwich at earl and I LOVE IT! It is soo good. I heard it is now on their menu year round. I'm not a foodie but this sandwich was so amazing!

Here in WDW for another 5 days, and will have that sandwich again ! (if not twice!!!) SOOOOOOO GOOD !!!
