Earl of sandwich recently started a new loyalty program does any one know if they still send a birthday reward???

Do they email a coupon or does it get loaded on your card???

I received an email saying:
Dear ,
Happy Birthday from Earl of Sandwich! To help you celebrate we've added a free brownie to your account, for use any time in the next 30 days! Just visit your nearest store, and redeem it like any other Royalty Club reward!

I assume that means it was loaded onto my card, but I don't have a card. So not sure what to do about that. I didn't redeem them.
