Earful Tower??

Can anyone tell me where in MGM do you have to go to see the Earful Tower up close?

Define "up close."

If you want to stand at the base of it and touch the metal ... that's not possible. If you want to get a good photo of it, you can see it from several locations in and near the Studios, including the Backstage Tour.

Close enough to get a good picture would be great. Can you tell me where else besides the Backstage Tour I can get a picture?

right now the backstage tour is closed due to refurbishment...I forget when it is slated to be re-opened. (the new backlot tour will drive through the new attraction being built back there.)

I really can't think of a good place to get a good picture of the earful tower though...might be best from the road right along side it (outside the park).

The Backlot Tour was really the only good place to take a picture. You can try from Mickey Ave. between Millionare and One Man's Dream, but that's not that great of a vantage point.
