Ear Candling - WOW!!

Because I've seen people say they aren't answering any questions in the new thread because it's already been addressed in another thread, that's why. Just trying to conserve.:)

Yeah, and have you noticed they posted anyway? Plus, there are always people who will answer a new thread, no matter how many times it's posted. :surfweb:

Let the WebMasters worry about bandwidth space. They don't seem to have a problem with it here, unlike other forums I've been to, which shoot people down for reposting the same questions over an over.

Do a DIS Search for "NYC hotels" and see how many new threads pop up each WEEK, as another person has a trip that is just sooooo different from everybody elses, that they have to have their own thread to discuss hotels & restaurants. After all, they are going for very different reasons, (birthday, anniversary, sweet sixteen, first trip, third trip, field trip, American Girl,) than anyone else, so the hotel & restaurant recommendations MUST be different for them than the last several threads about it.

I was going to reply, but I see I already did...three years ago!

Nice! and I'm still around :rotfl::rotfl: Haven't candled my ears in a while though!

I posted 5 and a half years ago...

But: Do you guys still have your ears? :listen:

....gee, and all the while I thought I was gonna read about simply sticking a wick in one's ear, and VOILA` ! instant candle.....

I've done this before, but not with threads this old. I'll see one and think "didn't we have a simliar thread a few months ago?", post a reply, and then realize I did post on the thread, several months ago. :rotfl2:

That's what I get for not reading the entire thread first.

Maybe ear candling is all the old fogies need instead of hearing aids? All this time, old people have just developed waxy build up. :scratchin

:lmao:

By the way, I just had a mental picture of the older folks at the retirement community where my aunt lives sitting around with lit candles sticking out of their ears. I just can't quit laughing. :lmao:

I had no clue that post could go back that far. What's the purpose of that?

Can you imagine the Fire Marshall being called in because all those old fogies sitting around with ear candles set off the fire alarm? :lmao:

Because, if the WebMasters got rid of our old threads, there'd be an uproar about THAT!

For a free forum, we're very demanding. :snooty: ;)

LOL... A five year old thread rehashed... The most amusing part of these threads, is it's general a person making their first post.

Maybe we need to go into covart mode to hide from Google's evil eyes.

See? Sandra's had a great idea there. It wouldn't have been brought to life without the resurrection. Now, who has the computer chops to figure out how to do it?

If you were in Minnesota you would not have needed to suck out that ear wax because they never have an ear wax problem.

Is that because the earwax freezes and shatters and falls right out of your ears? There has to be some benefit to living in ice cold winters.

Probably being hit with a snowball in the head, in that climate, knocks the wax right of of a person.
