OK, I know, I know, he doesn't play for the Eagles anymore. But like I said to DH: any jersey you buy today at $65 could be a team member who is traded/leaves in a year or two. Then what? You don't wear it ever again?

Besides, Duce could come back. Other players have left and then returned. I would love that. I miss shouting, "DUUUUUUCE!!!"

Next week will be interesting in my house. DH is a diehard Eagles fan from birth, but we live in Atlanta and the Falcons are a close second. Oh well, whoever wins we'll have a team to root for in the Super Bowl. We're going to be at Disney Super Bowl week and DH is praying the Eagles win and that some of the Eagles players come to MK!

Just got back from The Athelte's Foot. All jerseys 20% off.
DS13 got a black T.O. jersey regularly $65 for $52.

I can feel the excitement building in our house......
we're watching ESPN and Comcast Sportsnet all the time, reading the papers,
planning the menu for Sun. (very important) and making sure all Eagles paraphenalia is washed and ready to go!

Friday we went back to Athlete's Foot so my brother visiting from NC could buy an Eagles jersey.

Well, my DD4 charmed the young salesman on our first visit and he remembered her. She was asking me to buy her an $18 pink Eagles hat. The young man heard this. When my brother dropped $80 for a T.O. jersey the salesman GAVE my DD the hat (free!) That made my day!

It is crazy snowing here though! And the winds are suppose to be 40 mph and that's not a good thing being we don't have much of a running game. Hubby is going to the game tomorrow and I was out trying to get him stuff to keep him warm...not much luck...not much Eagle gear either! Keeping my fingers crossed!! Sing the song...
