Each Park - FP+ Ride Selections, Is there a list?

Hi.

I think I cannot make 3 FP+ selections for all E ticket rides, is this correct?
If so, how do I find out what attractions I can select for each park for my FP+ selections? My window to book is in a few weeks and I want to be prepared and know hopefully what I am booking for each park.
