EA question

I just tried checking new reservations on National's site using my EA info., and the site is asking me for my credit card info. again - even though it already has it in my member profile. I haven't had this happen before. Is anyone else experiencing this? Maybe it's just because the site is so messed up.

I had the same thing happen Saturday evening, I couldn't even get a rate quote. None of my credit cards appeared with EC login, so I reentered them, (as requested) the next error message said I had to update my address info on profile. Nothing had changed there either. DH's information appeared to be fine, I had no problems logging in with his info. I'll try again in a week or so before I give them a call. BTW DC contract discount is still not appearing for Apr. reservations.

I just checked and logged in. all info is fine for me.
