E-Z Rent A Car? Anyone used it?

By far the least expensive place I've found for car rentals, even though it's off-site from the airport. Has anyone used this place? Any comments on your experience?

some have had issues with insurance, etc...but others have reported great experiences... always a good idea to check with the BBB

we'd use them if we weren't traveling with babies, grandparents..the shuttle thing just ain't for us this trip

We used them once and everything went smooth. Didn't have any hassles about insurance or anything else. They're off site but the shuttle was very prompt and, once you know where it is, it isn't hard to get back there to return the car. I'd use them again if the rate was the lowest I could get.

Thanks for the info! And for the idea to check the BBB, didn't even come to mind. (They checked out fine, by the way.) I think I'll give them a try!
