E-Z Car Rental in Orlando??

My in-laws are meeting us down in Orlando and both sets have picked this place to do business with and I can't find anything on them...

Has anyone used them in the past? Anything good or bad to say?

I know they choose this company because it was cheap, though the deal I got through Dollar is about the same! (I lucked out!!).

Any advice or knowledge to share would be appreciated.

My advice would be to RUN!

Anyway, tell your inlaws to be prepared for a shuttle ride off site and a HARD sell on insurance.

My personal rule is to only use the major car rental companies. I have had a few experiences with "local" companies that drove me to drink! LOL!

EZ-Rental is owned by L&M. They certainly aren't a major company but really are more than just one of many local companies.

Thank you to those who answered. We've prepped the in-laws on not getting pushed into extra insurance and the gas fill.
