I just picked up my tickets for US/IOA from my TA. She explained what they were and how to turn them in at US or IOA, but she wasn't sure if I would be able to take care of them at our hotel (Royal Pacific) instead. Can anyone give me more information about them?

If they are the ones that you put your credit card in the kiosk then enter the confirmation or vocher number then yes you can turn them in. If they are ones that you have to do at a ticket window with an actual person then you won't be able to do that at the resort.

Are they vouchers? Perhaps you can describe them.

The paperwork says E-Travel Documents at the top and that you are to retrieve them at a kiosk and use your cc that you purchased them with. So I guess I will be able to retrieve them at my hotel. They just didn't give you that option on the tickets themselves. Thanks!
