E-tickets

I have a couple of questions regarding the following three tickets:

* 2-year passport annual pass for SeaWorld only (from SeaWorld's website)
* annual Disney pass bought through DVC MS (from DVC)
* 7-day 2-Park unlimited ticket at Universal (from Universal's website)

SO the questions...

1) Are these tickets valid from the point of purchase, or from first use?
2) Do these tickets come as e-tickets (via email) to be activated/exchanged on first visit?
3) Is there a will call option, and if, will this mean they are valid from day or purchase, or first day of use?

Ideally, what I am after is e-tickets that are not valid until the first day of use, but I have a feeling the SeaWorld pass is active from day of purchase. If this is going to be the case, then I want to get e-tickets, so I can purchase and print out the day before we leave, so that they are valid for the longest time possible, if that makes sense.

If any one has experience purchasing any of these tickets, please let me know what you were able to get, especially since we live in the UK. Don't want to be purchasing tickets the day before we leave to find out they are posted to us, and arrive at the house after we get back from holiday! :scared1:

Last year I brought the seaworld 1 year AP and I purchased it about 3 weeks before we left. I then printed the coupon in the uk and collected the ticket from the eticket machines at the park - the ticket was valid for 1 year from the date of ACTUAL ticket Collection.

With our Disney AP, again I recieved a coupon that I exchanged at guest relations - that ticket was also valid from the day of ACTUAL ticket collection.

Not sure about universal.

Hope this helps you

SeaWorld, when we bought last time they were activated on collection but it has been posted recently thay have changed the rules and now start from day of purchase.

Disney again ours started day of collection, no idea if it has changed.

Universal I believe still activated on caollection.

I would contact them all to be 100% certain.

I bought this one for our April trip. All I had to bring with me to Guest Services at USF was my confirmation email. I received the actual tickets then and they were not activated upon collection, they are only activated once you enter one of the USF parks (I called to double-check). :)

Wonderful, thanks tink, too! So the Universal ones can be bought in advance without having to worry about wasting days. I thought that would be the case because they are only a 7-day pass, so are similar to the 14/21 day unlimited passes for Disney. It's just the Annual passes now - well, mainly the SeaWorld one - guess I will have to call on Monday.
