E tickets stuck on processing page

I am trying to purchase WDW park tickets. I am logged in to My Disney Experience. I have entered my credit card info. The purchase has been processing for more than 30 minutes? It's not my computer. If i open a separate window, speed is fine. Should I hit the back button? Has anyone had this happen? TIA

I phoned Disney and ordered tickets via phone. They said that the original order did not go through.
