1. Nope.
Although if you choose that option, you can't cancel.
With ordered tickets, you can decide to return them and get a refund, minus a restock fee.
(Most guests don't cancel.)

I ordered E tickets from UT on 2/16. Tickets were in my inbox, they say allow up to 72 hours, 9 minutes after I received confirmation email. I linked them to MDE without issue. Given that so many people have had trouble with shipping lately, I opted for the e tickets and had not one problem.
