e-tickets and flight changes

This is my 1st time using an e-ticket. My itinerary has changed 3x. My question is: Do I need a new e-ticket, reflecting the changes? I know the subject of flight changes/cancellations has been discussed alot here lately, so I apologize if this has already been covered. TIA for any insight.

e-tkt stands for electronic tkt. this means it is stored in the computer. they have it. all you need is your photo ID.

I also possess tickets which have had schedule changes, (2 e-tickets and 2 paper tickets). Our seats have been assigned. Can I use curb-side check-in and go directly to the boarding gate or do I need to go to the ticket counter?

You should be OK for curbside check-in because they can look up your new flight # on their computer. Not sure about going directly to the gate. They may give you a problem at security if your new time is way different than what is on your e-ticket receipt. For example, if your receipt says flight is at 9:00am and your new flight is at 5:00pm, isn't security going to ask why you are coming through at a later time? Does security have access to the airline's computers to verify? You may have to stop at the counter first to get a boarding pass with the correct flight. On the other hand, you would have receipts from bag check with the new flight # if you curbside checked first. I would check with the airline to verify.

Your best bet in this "mixed ticket" situation is to call the airline and ask. Usually, there is no problem, but, some airlines will not give a boarding pass with a paper ticket, but will with an eticket.
All the change information is stored in the computer, usually no need to worry about the time stated on the ticket. But, again, check, you simply never know.
