I am getting ready to buy park tickets for my family but have a question. I am curious about the e-tickets one can print from home from either ARES Travel or direct from Disney. Once I get to the park do I, or can I, exchange the paper for an actual ticket?

We are not wild about carrying a full size sheet of printer paper around for five days. Plus I don't think it would hold up to multiple rides on splash mountain.

Thanks in advance,

Kevin

I've ordered directly from Disney a couple of times and it's really easy. You just take the paper directly to the turnstile (don't get in line at the ticket booth) and they will exchange it for a regular ticket.

Just want to confirm for you that we did and had the exact same experience. It is super easy. Yes, you will get a regular ticket. No need to stand in any exdtra lines.

Thanks

Does the same thing apply if I buy from ARES?

I know you would still exchange your paper for a ticket since everyone gets a ticket that will fit inside the FP machines but I don't know if you can just go to the turnstiles or if you have to take your paper to the ticket booth first.

Thanks

Yes! I took the printouts to the turnstyle and the castmember and then gave us regular tickets. It takes a little bit of time if you have a lot of them. It seems even longer when their is a line behind you.:rolleyes1
