E-ride ticket for AP holders?

DH and I have always wanted to do e-ride night but for some unknown reason just never did. We are AP holders but we understand that you can only purchase an e-ride ticket if you have a multi-day park pass. Does anyone know if this is true?

Annual passes are multi-day passes. As long as you are a resort guest, you are fine.
