E-Ride Nights in Sept--who to write to?

So I see from the historical information on E-Ride Nights that up until 2001 they held E-Ride Nights in September. Then in 2003 and 2004 there were none planned. Who would one write to in order to lobby for them to have even a night or two in the month? It seems to me that September, while low in attendance, is still a popular travel month. So why not just have a couple? I bet it would focus some of the September crowds to those weeks. I know I would plan around it if I knew there would be a late-night opportunity at the park. I am a night owl, and I think it would be a blast to be there so late!
