E-Night..FYI

During our visit last week we were lucky enough to have an e-night on August 19. I bought the tickets at our resort (POR) two days ahead of time and we were really looking forward to it. Well, the day finally came and my daughter took a bad fall at MGM during a torrential rain storm; she tripped over the edge of a grate around a planted tree in front of WWTBAM. She hurt her knees pretty badly and required attention in the first aid center. By the time we got back to the hotel e-night was just an hour away from starting and we were not only drenched but she was limping. I went to the guest relations window at the hotel and explained our dilemma; the clerk checked with her manager and they gave us a refund for all three tickets. By the way the medical staff at the MGM first aid station were awesome; they even gave her some Minnie stickers saying "I visited first aid today" - she's 13 but still enjoyed getting them. So..with good reason they will refund you.

but sorry you couldn't attend e night. But I bet your daughter would have been pretty miserable. Glad to see all worked out well in the end. Pam
