I just might drive up for the Memorial Day weekend. Doesn't matter if it's packed, because I'll arrive to the gate at 8am. I know they'll open early, even though they won't officially announce it.

I also heard something about flashing the fun card and going thru the express entrance. I'll have to read up on that.

Found the info, it's for Jimmy Neutron, not Shrek4d, and it excludes Memorial Day weekend.

I'm not a "insider" but the Sentinel also states that Shrek will open this coming weekend.

I'm hoping the Sentinel is right but we were at USF this morning
and heading back to the parking lots, the scrawl above the people movers still says that Shrek is opening in June.

Remember how Jimmy Neutron had a "soft opening" prior to it's Grand Opening? Or how IOA had it's unofficial opening prior to May 99? Same thing. It'll just be the soft opening/technical rehersal. The Grand Opening still wont happen till June.

Cool. Just booked the www.hojo.com suite at 4601 S. Kirkman for $52.93. They're really nice rooms.
Driving up Sunday morning, will be at the gate at 8am. Will drive home Monday afternoon. Figure that gives the wife and I two chances to see Shrek.

I can't wait to see if they do open it this weekend. We are going 3rd - 17th June and are sooooooo hoping that it's fully operational before we have to come home.

I hate to be the voice of dissent on this, but the OrlandoSentinel story only says that the Shrek at USH is going to be open next week. It says the one in Florida is slated for June 12th...

Of course, if ya'll were talking about going to enjoy the one at USH, well, then good for you.
