Hi All,

I have seen a lot of threads suggesting using a gift card at Guest Services in order to pay for on-board purchases. Can anyone confirm that EGift cards are accepted? I wanted to confirm before I obtained one and unfortunately a physical card is not an option.

Thank you in advance!

I would just ensure that the card says that it can be used with Disney Cruise Line. Some cards are "Disney" but they really are for the store. Is it printable or something?

The other thing you could do is buy a small physical card and then use disneygiftcard.com to transfer the balance to the physical card and then present that.

I just used an E-Gift Card on the Magic. It was slightly more annoying for Guest Services because they had to key in the number, as they do not have a bar code scanner, but it was not a problem.

We were able to use one. I would just recommend you do it earlier in your cruise as we waited until the last night and their system was down... that was no fun!
