I mailed a package to a customer on September 12, and the PO says it was delivered on Sept 15. She has stated she has not received it. I just e-mailed her that the po has stated it was delivered. I am waiting for her reply.
She is a repeat customer and has always been cooperative and supportive,I don't want to lose her business. What do you think I should do? Thanks for your feedback in advance.

Have her contact her post office and check with neighbors to see if it got delivered to any of them. Good that you used Delivery confirmation!

Well the p.o. delivered a package of mine to my neighbor's. It had del. conf. that showed delivered. So the P.O. could have been delivered to the wrong place-not the first time that's happened. On the other hand. If she files a complaint with paypal, you should be covered because you have d.c showing it has been delivered. ALthough refunding her money may keep her as a customer. Tough call

How much was the item? If it's not that much, and she's a repeat customer, I'd eat it and let her know you're making an exception because she's a good customer. Hopefully this goodwill gesture will motivate her to continue with you and make this worth it.

I agree, tough call.
