Dyeing Hair at home.

The first time I tried coloring my hair red at home it looked like somoene got murdered in my bathroom. The hair came out fab though! It def makes a big mess!

I put a little vaseline around the hairline on my forehead & ears so I dont dye my skin. .

I use to do that, until a hairdresser at our new Paul MItchell school told me that it usually makes it hard to cover the roots good if you have vaseline around the hairline. She said to just use a little of the hair color on a rag to wipe off the hairline..and darn if she wasn't right! I wipe with the hair color then wipe off with a clean wet rag. Perfect!
I use L'oreal when I do it myself. Great sale this week with coupon at Rite Aid.
