DxDP Counter Service

I apologize if this has been asked before but I couldn't find it.

If I were to upgrade to the DxDP and used a lunch or dinner meal at a counter service location - would I get an appetizer, entree and dessert or just an entree and dessert? I know that at TS I'd get the appetizer, entree and dessert but wasn't sure how the whole CS thing works out.

Not anymore. That stopped as of January 1, 2011. You now are entitled to only one beverage.

Oh well, one less plus in the deal. I'm still upset that they removed the tip from the Dining Plans. I liked everything all taken care of before we left home.

What about WPE? They have apps listed on the menu. Has anyone with the DxDP ever tried using it at WPE and gotten the app, entree, dessert, and drink you are allowed?

Sorry, but even at WPE, CS never includes appetizer on the DxDDP.

In the Deluxe Dining Plan Brochure, under Quick Service they state that you are entitled to "Entree, Dessert, Non-Alcoholic Beverage" for Lunch and Dinner

Under Table Service they state that you are entitled to "Appetizer, Entree, Dessert, Non-Alcoholic Beverage" or "One Full Buffet" for Lunch and Dinner

I've tried and was refused. CS on the DxDDP is just like CS on the regular DDP (no appetizer-just entree, dessert, and beverage).

The DXDDP brochures are pretty specific that an appetizer is not included with CS meals. You can ask if they'll give you an appetizer, but according to the rules the restaurant can say no.
