DxDDP vs DDP: Is CS the same?

Do you get the same options / amount on food at Counter Service places whether you are on DxDP or DDP? If on DXDP, do you get an extra salad or side or anything?

CS is the same whether on DDP or DxDP.

Only TS has a difference (the appetizer included on DxDP)
