DVT equipment thingies(not stockings)

Can anybody tell me,or send me a web address as to where I can get one of those little things you place under your feet whilst flying that stops DVT, I cant for the life of me think of what they are called, you place a foot on each side then alternate pushing it up and down to exercise your legs.

My outlaws are flying to canada in May, and Mother outlaw is always moaning about her veins, so I thought this would be a good pressie for mothers day!.(that and a gag!!!!).

Janice thanks for that, the thing im after is similar to this, but its round, looks a bit like a frisbee, you unfold it, does the same job, but is more smaller and compact.
