If the resorts close again, you might not get a refund and might only get a voucher. Make sure you are aware of all the issues with renting a reservation through a DVC member. A lot of the brokers may have a hard time getting owners to rent their points in the future with all the garbage that happened. Most will probably just rent them on their own.
If you are looking at some of the nearer rentals, those are probably reservations that other renters decided to cancel. Now to get any money back (since both the resorts and parks are open), they have to have that reservation sold at fire sale costs. If you decide to purchase Cancel for any reason insurance, it might bring the price up to what you would pay booking directly with Disney instead of using DVC points.
