dvcmember website countdown

Anyone else have an issue with the countdown on the dvcmember website? I put my date in and it disappears when I go back to the website. Sometimes its there for weeks, other times I have to set it again the next day.

Same here- this is a small thing that doesn't really matter but that member website sure has a lot of little glitches. You would think they coud do better.

I goto the website from many different computers. Sometimes the same and sometimes others. I understand they may be using cookies to keep track of this, but it really shouldn't work that the countdown only works if you always use the same computer.

I log on from the same computer and I always have to re-set my countdown as well. Also, I have not been able to view my vacation details for days. We are new memebers and I am amazed at how bad the dvc website is.

Same here, I had to reset mine again this morning. I thought it was just me though becasue I have to use my work computer to access the website because my home laptop won't let me. I can go to the computer in my den and access it from there, so I guess it's a problem on my end but I'm clueless on how to fix it. I've deleted cookies, browser history, temporay files,etc. but still no luck.

I figured out that my countdown gets cleared when I clear my history, cookies or temporary internet files. It took me a while to make the connection. I cleared some yesterday and my countdown's gone today when I checked the site....but I was expecting it to be gone. I don't know if every computer does this.

The DVC member site is notoriously bad. It is the only thing about DVC that I hate.

I've not had this problem yet and I access from two different computers; one running windows and the other running OS X.

No deleting here...

They shouldn't be relying on those for the countdown anyway. It should be tied to my login, not my computer.
