I can't get in. There's an error message saying the page is not available. I can't sign in. What can I do? I'm using an iPad. Do you think that matters?

Hi Marylyn!

Could be one of two things. First, you might be logged in to a Disney affiliated website, that has a different login and pswd as your DVC site login. I have that problem if i forget to sign out of ESPN or the Movie Rewards. Or it could be just a glitch with the iPad program/software.

Thanks Tom,
It could only happen with Disney. I only have Apple devices and I can't sign in with any of them. In fact I can't get to the sign in page at all. Now what do I do?There's no user IT Dept for DVC.

This is the error code I keep getting.

We're sorry.

The page you are trying to access is currently not available.

Hmm, I just signed in with no problems on my PC but could not sign in on my iPhone.

Thanks Tom,

I'm able to sign in using my iPhone, iPad is at home so I can't check using that. I get that error if I'm logged on to another Disney related website when I try to access dvcmember.com.

When I get that message, I clear all my cookies and it works.

I was able to log on. Thanks for the suggestions.

I'm using an iPad. It's not a traditional computer and there's no way to remove cookies. But I can do that on my Macs-- so thanks.

Yes you can. Go to the 'Settings' app and select 'Safari'. There will be 'Clear History' and 'Clear Cookies and Data' options there.
