Same here. I received an email from IT support at DVC last week and they said that they were aware of the problem and that it should be resolved shortly but I still cannot get in. I am an IT support specialist in my job and I don't understand why it is taking so long to get this resolved. I have not been able to reserve anything online for almost 2 weeks. I bet that if the main reservation site was having problems that they would get it resolved right away.
 
I am wondering....are we all resale buyers and having this issue? Wonder if that has something to do with it?

Maybe try a message to Guest Satisfaction or support? They might be able to get you a clear answer. I know once I email Disney Guest Services once when I first got my membership as i didn't know who else to email. A few days later I received an email from someone with DVC and called and spoke with a supervisor. Everything was fixed and cleared up right after that. At least maybe you'll be able to get a clear answer.
 
I am hoping that some progress is being made because I am now getting this error message:

Sorry, an unknown error occurred when processing your request. Please try again. If your next attempt is unsuccessful, please try at a later time.

At least I didn't get the message about the booking window.
 
I got that same error message this afternoon. I got in this morning no problem. Maybe they are working on it right now?
 
I'm a recent resale purchaser and I haven't been able to get online since I closed a few weeks ago. I've been getting the same error message as you all. Very frustrating as I'm trying to book Thanksgiving week and I think that one hour difference on my 7 month mark may have kept me from getting what I wanted.

Anyway, it started to work for me this afternoon - worked for about 30 minutes and now I'm getting the new error message that wvhokie got. Fingers crossed that we're almost there!
