DVC'ers....what does your screen name mean?

Perdidobay had been the username for DH and I for many many years. We love Perdido Key Florida (but PerdidoKey was already taken on AOL, which was our ISP way back when).
It is where we have a second home..............see the pic below to see the view from our bedroom window and the balcony.

When DH and I joined in Jan 92, there was only one DVC, a Key West themed resort called Conch Flat (later changed to OKW). DH's love for anything Hemingway and Key West played some part in the decision. I was told that in Key West a pink or blue conch shell was hang outside of door to announce the birth of a baby girl or boy, and the residents there call themselves conchs.
PinkConch--a female resident of ConchFlat.

My screen name is my college sorority- Alpha Omocron Pi. Some of us still get together thru regional alums and one of them just joined DVC at Saratoga Springs!

I am an aerospace engineer who graduated from Penn State in 1999. At PSU AE stood for architectual engineer so AERSP was used as our appreviation. However in order to get the license plate I wanted in VA, I could only use 6 letters so I went with AERO99 which also became my screen name here!

Obviously I coach. I am a high school coach for a girls ice hockey team in RI, and they call me Coach Simard, but in youth hockey the girls call me Coach Rick. I use that name in the motorcycle club I belong to also (Vuclan Riders and Owners Club)...thanks for asking

Trampslady.....Lady and the Tramp may be my alltime favorite Disney movie. Fun reference to hubby as Tramp and me as Lady.......not Peg, although she's definitely got spunk!!!

I'm disneymom99 because the first time we went to Disney, stayed on property and fell in love with Disney was in 1999. My 2 DD's ages 12 and 8 think I'm so cool because I love Disney as much as they do (probably more)!!!

"Lu" came from part of a nick-name I'd been given as a baby (I was blonde/bald and apparently there was a bald clown on TV at that time called "Lulubelle"), and when I met my husband and he heard my sister call me the shortened and more grown-up version of my old nick-name, "Lu", he liked it, and the name stuck. "Ron" is my husbands name, and "travel" is one of the past times that we enjoy the most.

Boo...you should move to Mass. My sister has the opposite problem her name IS Lori, and we pronounce it Law-ri. It drives my Bother-in-law carzy. He is always saying "her name is Loooorrr-i!

I like to FLY small airplanes (Cessna 206). Debbie gave up driving 3 minivans over 17 years and now drives a 2 seater roadster (BMW Z4).

FLYN Z4 is Debbies custom plate on her car... and she has not received a ticket yet!
